Parking 

PAY TO PARK: The PayByPhone parking lots have three entrances off NE 4th Court from NE 77 ST to NE 78 ST.  The first and second entries South are for Tesla and EV Charging. The third entrance North, is for limited public parking.  The parking lots are camera-enforced so please use the App once you have parked to register the posted parking Lot Number.  If you get a parking notice in the mail follow the instructions to review, pay or appeal.

ON-STREET PARKING: Additional free parking is available along NE 4th Court and throughout the Palm Grove neighborhood.
